Shipping and delivery policy

Projovi provides services and digital deliverables. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how work is delivered to you and how you confirm it.

Effective date: 8 November 2026. Last updated: 8 November 2026.

Services and digital deliverables only

Projovi sells services and digital deliverables, such as software, websites, applications, designs, documentation and reports. There is no physical shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address needed for our standard services. Delivery is electronic.

How we deliver

We deliver work at the milestones set out in your proposal, using the method that fits the project:

  • Source code and files: transferred to a secure repository that you control, or shared through a secure, access-controlled link.
  • Staging and preview links: for review before launch, with access limited to the people you name.
  • Documentation and handover: handover notes, configuration details, user guides and training where the proposal includes them.
  • Hosting and accounts: where the proposal includes setup, we transfer domains, hosting, cloud and third-party accounts to your ownership, or set them up in your name from the start.
  • Reports and designs: delivered as files by secure link or email.
  • Ongoing services: managed services are delivered continuously, with reporting at the intervals set in the proposal.

Delivery timelines

The timeline for each milestone is stated in the written proposal. Timelines run from the date we have received the first payment and the access, content and information we need to start. Dates are estimates made in good faith and become firm commitments only where the proposal says so.

Delivery is complete when we make the deliverable available to you by the agreed method and tell you in writing, including by email.

Delivery confirmation and acceptance

You have 7 business days from delivery of a milestone to review it and either accept it or send us a written list of specific points where it does not meet the agreed specification. We correct valid points promptly and redeliver, and you have a further 3 business days to review the corrections.

A milestone is treated as accepted when you confirm it, when you use it in live operation, or when the review period ends without comment. Acceptance triggers the next milestone invoice.

Client dependencies and delays

Delivery depends on timely input from you, including content, feedback, approvals, access and third-party materials. If you are late, our dates move by at least the same period.

  • We tell you promptly if we expect a delay, why, and the new estimated date.
  • Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control are covered by the force majeure section of the terms and conditions.
  • If a delay caused by us is substantial, we will agree a remedy with you, which may include a revised plan or a fee adjustment set out in the proposal.

Access and credentials

We ask you to share access securely, using a password manager or access delegation features of the platform (for example role-based invitations) rather than sharing passwords by email or chat. We use access only for your project, limit it to the people who need it and remove it when the work ends. At handover, we confirm that our access has been revoked and that you hold every account that belongs to you.

After delivery: support and warranty

After acceptance, a 30-day warranty period applies, during which we fix reproducible defects free of charge, as set out in the terms and conditions. Support and maintenance beyond the warranty period are available as a managed service or by separate agreement.

Hardware for network and IT projects

Some network and infrastructure projects need physical equipment. Where we procure hardware for you, it is shipped by a courier or supplier to your site, we tell you the expected dates and tracking details when available, and separate terms in the proposal apply to pricing, delivery charges, import duties, risk of loss, installation and the manufacturer's warranty. Hardware is not covered by the free-of-charge defect correction described above, but we help you claim under the manufacturer's warranty.
