Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes our aim, our current position and how to tell us about problems.
Effective date: 8 November 2026. Last updated: 8 November 2026.
Our target
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the standard we design and test against. We review accessibility when we change the site, and it is part of how we build new pages.
What we have done
We have built the following into the site:
- A skip link and a clear heading structure, with landmarks, so screen reader users can move around quickly.
- Every function can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface contrast that meets WCAG AA in both the light and dark themes.
- Touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and layouts that work at small screen sizes and with zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Support for the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- Labelled form fields, and error messages described in text rather than by colour alone.
- Meaningful text alternatives for informative images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Support for your device's light and dark preference, and a theme switch you can control.
Known limitations
We have tested the site ourselves with keyboard navigation and automated checks. We have not yet had it audited independently by an accessibility specialist, and we may not have found every issue. In general terms, you may find:
- some images, animations or diagrams whose text alternative is less detailed than it could be;
- some content from third parties, such as payment pages and embedded services, that we do not control;
- documents or files supplied to you during a project that are not yet in an accessible format.
We fix problems as we find them, and we welcome reports.
Report a problem or ask for another format
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format such as large print or a text document, tell us what you were trying to do, the page address and the assistive technology you use, if any.
- Email: hello@projovi.co
- Phone: +91 96460 56969
We acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and tell you what we plan to do, with a timescale where we can give one.
If you are not satisfied
If our reply does not resolve your concern, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer, Shubham Shrivastava, using the email address above, and we will respond within 15 days. You may also raise the matter with the authority responsible for disability rights and digital accessibility in your country, such as the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in India under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, or your national equality or accessibility body.
About this statement
This statement was prepared on 8 November 2026, based on our own review of the site, and is reviewed whenever we make significant changes to it.
